TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Reservations

All services can be booked through Website or directly at W World Services office in Bangkok.

Confirmations

Confirmations within allotments are acknowledged by return. Services and bookings without allotment will be handled on a request and confirm basis, subject to availability, with reservation status changes communicated immediately.Acknowledgements and confirmations will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours, whenever possible.

In the event we are unable to confirm your request, we will provide an alternative, wherever possible, for your consideration and acceptance.

Rates

All rates are quoted nett in Thai Baht (inclusive of applicable taxes). Should any surcharges be imposed and applied within the contract period, our rates are also subject to change. Invoices will show government VAT separately; invoiced amount plus government VAT will be equal to nett rates listed herein.

Please note that most hotels include compulsory special gala dinners on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and sometimes on national and/or other festive occasions in each country.This is a compulsory charge, regardless of whether the client wants the dinner or not and will be invoiced by W World Services. It is not possible for customers to pay for these meals on the spot.

Child Policy

Children between 2 and 12 years old (children who have not reached the age of 12 during travel) are granted a 20% discount on transfers, excursions and package tours provided that they share room with adults and do not require an extra-bed. A maximum of two children per party is granted for such discounts. Children requiring their own rooms are charged as adults.

Budget

allow between 60,000 thb and 180,000 thb per person for 7 days of period trip (based on 2 passengers) by hotels categories, flights (domestic), service, meals and activities included 

Payment

Full prepayment by bank transfer is required 30 days before commencement of services, with all bank transfers charges/fees to be paid by clients. Our bank account details are:

Cancellations

For cancellations of confirmed arrangements must be acknowledged by W World Services. A cancellation fee will be charged 10% of any according incurred unless there are any charge or prepayments due to the policies of hotels, airline, cruise and other.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES:

  • More than 30 days before departure: 20 % of total tour cost
  • Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 30 % of total tour cost
  • Between 20 and 8 days before departure: 65 % of total tour cost
  • Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 80 % of total tour cost
  • Less than 48 hours before departure or no show : 100 % of total tour cost

Force Majeure

During the term of this agreement, neither party shall be in default of its obligations to the extent that its performance is delayed or prevented by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, bankruptcy of a vendor, strikes and other labor disturbances, acts of war, or civil disturbances, or other equivalent or comparable events.

Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and to save W World Services from harm and against all damage or injury (including death) to property or person(s) resulting from intentional or negligent acts or omissions from their respective officers, employees, agents, contractor or subcontractor in connection with the performance of this agreement.

Legal Note

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand for the time being in force and the parties agree to submit any dispute arising between the parties under this agreement to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the respectable Arbitration Institute, Office of the Judiciary applicable at the time of submission of the dispute to arbitration and the conduct of the arbitration thereof shall be under the auspices of the specific Arbitration Institute accordingly.

Liability

W World Services is an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, all transport operators and local tourist offices providing the services. W World Services is therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourists, including those occurring outside the touring programs. Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, natural and disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourists. Programs and prices, services and conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and are therefore subject to change without advance notice before or during the tour. Acknowledgement and confirmation of the above-mentioned conditions is active, once clients participate in one of the provided services. The itinerary of the excursion, package and/or tour cannot be altered or changed without prior permission. We cannot be held liable if you amend the excursion and its content in your brochures or give wrong descriptions to clients that are travelling.
